      Pros

      None that I can remember. It used to be laid back but then the started micromanaging real bad. Leadership has nothing to do but stalk you all day

      Cons

      EVERYTHING! Terrible pay for the amount of work you do. They have nothing better to do then read your Teams chats, monitor your calls, and watch your screens. Leads are a joke and extremely unhelpful. They barely know their own job so I have no idea how they became leads. We’re constantly having us help other departments when we had our own heavy workload to do. Dumping ground for issues. Terrible network or doctors. Members were constant crying and yelling because they couldn’t get the help they needed. Whole place is a headache.

      The Medicare members who depend on us to navigate the difficult to get assistance to their daily problems with the services offered by the health plan as employees go above and beyond to help.

      Cons

      The management team and CEO who is very out of touch with reality and failed to realize that it is the workers whom they pay meniscal wages to is the reasons for their lavish living in California. Needless to say, how the ones who are making decision lives in alternative reality of the work done daily by the ones in the gutter.

      Despite being an insurance provider, our healthcare coverage is lacking Executive leadership is not transparent; hard to see the bigger picture despite their claims of openness Leadership operates with impunity - if you get on someone's bad side, they can and will hurt your career growth
