Pros

You come back to your own base every night. You make great friends.

Cons

Unsafe. Management only cares about themselves and making money. No contract. Long delays making $1 an hour. Unsafe aircraft. Crew services is not trained to handle delays and mechanicals. Does not know how to properly schedule.

Pros

It's a good place to work if you don't like working too much because they offer half months and four months off sometimes and it's relatively easy to drop down to the minimum of 40 hours. Also we are home almost every night which is a huge plus to a lot of people.

Cons

Need to find a new way to handle sick days instead of taking money away giving them points and sometimes doubling the points based on the month and or day.
