      Pros

      Great group of co workers . Once you gain seniority you have the ability to creat your work schedule to your needs. No overnights , if you have a family this is a huge plus

      Cons

      Starting off you are put on reserve which can be difficult to manage if you need to have a second job .

      Great people in IT, decent pay, bonus structure in place

      Cons

      Poor management on IT Ops side. "Always the devs fault". No leadership, they work remotely. Abusive managers are not fired and their friends are hired to make for an even more toxic environment. High turnover of staff due to the toxic environment

      Growing company that values input from various levels. Ability to take initiative and really make a difference in the company. Intelligent and rational management team (at most levels) striving to make improvements in numerous areas.

      Cons

      Few; have worked at the company for over 5 years. Perhaps additional sick/vacation time in the future.
