      Pros

      Home every night, working with the same people, fun passengers because they are typically going on vacation.

      Cons

      Low budget airlines so you do have a lot of first time flyers, they trash the plane, we work up to 15 hours a day or more with no breaks, we have to clean the plane in between legs.

      1) Flight, Health, and 401K Benefits are incredible 2) Salary is competitive with the market 3) They encourage growth and promotion-seeking 4) Flexible hours 5) Lots of vacation and shorter working periods during the pandemic 6) Very inclusive environment 7) Lots of company socials pre-pandemic

      Good Company, but growing pains in IT. Worked there for 5 years

      Great environment in IT, fun atmosphere to work in. Fun co-workers. Top technologies.

      Cons

      IT department is growing fast, have great ideas but executing it poorly. Empty promises for promotions, no room for growth. Otherwise I would have stayed with the company. In addition, to top heavy with upper management who ultimately does not care for their employees, you are just a number to them. Directors are all scared of their bosses (VP/CIO), who is scared of their boss (President of the company), you don't have a voice. Directors, VPs and CIO claim you have a voice, and they want to listen, but its not worth risking your job to voice your thoughts because it wont go anywhere.
