The on the job training needs improvement. The trainer I had didn't seem to really want train me, and then I had a different trainer the next time. It would help to have one person training to be consistent. I have worked on a shift with another new aircraft cleaner who I could tell had not been trained on certain things they were doing such as security. The senior cleaners did not take the time to provide guidance which led to important things being neglected. I did not feel this was fair as a new cleaner to be expected to do tasks properly without proper training or guidance.
