Was never offered an exit interview, either by email or phone call, and benefits was unable to assist with any of my transition questions (401K rollover, HSA, W-2 changes). They often require employees to do a job beyond their scope of work, more prevalent in middle management positions. At the time I left I had 32 direct reports and no plans to reorganize to make it more manageable. If you aren't willing to work 24/7 then this job is not for you.

-Not a pleasant work environment -Management is not very supportive - Alot of favortism & unfairness -Management openly bad mouthing/ criticizing employees with those who are not in a management roles - No room for exploration and trying new things - Leadership/ Management is not great -A lot of retaliation
