      Pros

      I best thing about working for Allegiant Travel is being able to be home every night. It's perfect for flight attendants who have families to come home to.

      Cons

      I worst things about working for Allegiant Travel are the bitter flight attendants and the airplanes. You work with some of the worst flight attendants because they hate the company they work for but don't want to quit because of the flight benefits. They can be bullies to you sometimes. And their airplanes are not the safest. They are old and they are always having mechanical difficulties which cause delays. Most passengers get fed up with it.

      Flight benefits with other airlines after 3 months.

      Cons

      Unpredictable schedule pay doesn't meet work demands overworked as part time employee. I was assigned a 39 hour work week where I would be expected to stay over every shift to finish task at hand that were never completed on time due to too few staff on ground. No healthcare provided when I had 2 instances of almost passing out due to work load. Many incompetent coworkers as Allegiant hires everyone even if they're not fit for the task needed. Was moved to lead position and given more responsibilities but pay did not increase. Only full time opportunity was night shift. You would have to "pay your dues" to this company before they treat you decently with provided benefits and a reasonable schedule.
