      Pros

      The travel benefits are great. Allegiant does not overbook their flights. When you fly non-rev, you know what your chances are. As an agent, I rarely sent out a full flight, and it was almost 90% of the time someone didn't show up for their flight. Since they don't oversell seats, your chances of flying are fantastic. Solid company and growing. The concept is great, and I believe in the company itself.

      Cons

      Allegiant brags repeatedly about hiring from within. This is far from the truth. As a matter of fact, its an ongoing joke how the harder you work, and the better employee you are, the less likely you will be rewarded. When they get a good employee, they don't let them go. Actually, they give you more responsibility, without an additional money.

      The interviewers were very professional. They were all friendly and engaging. They made all of us feel as comfortable as possible. It's difficult enough to interview, nerves can get the best of anyone. Thanks for being professional.

      I have no complaints for the interview process.
