Pros

Benefits that include medical, dental, 401k. We also have profit sharing and traveling benefits for parents and travel partner. I did not have to relocate as I live in Los Angeles and work out of LAX. We come home every night.

Cons

The traffic and we have to take two shuttles to get to our gates as we are in a remote terminal.

Pros

You will get to meet a lot of new people and some who use the airline on a regular basis. Nice flight benefits for you and your family/friends.

Cons

Advancing can be tough as it’s more based on favoritism or selective by management instead of by experience. This position has a revolving door, consistently hiring new trainees as many leave after a short time.
