Benefits are the only positive thing about this company.if even that.

Cons

Horrible management. They do not pay you what your worth but expect you to deal with such negativity. They do not care about raises. They do not care about you one bit. They could care less about your overall well being also. Over worked and under paid. Favoritism is by far the biggest in that department. They could care less about keeping you. Micro managing your every move.

Ups and Downs -

Flight attendant

Pros

-Lots of hours to yourself/ downtime (not at work) On call. If you have a second VERY flexible second job. This is a plus. -Team members are usually friendly and helpful - Ovens on planes ( meal prep to eat healthy) - They do try to get us home every night

Cons

- On call ( aka Reserve) for 15 hours a day. 5 days a week - NO holiday pay/ boarding/ deplaning pay - First years LOW, LOW pay . Will Absolutely have to live with someone else who pays the bills . You would more on unemployment. however you have to work you way through it - Wish they told us when the slow time is - so we would grab a second form of income - Not as glamorous as you would think - Wish they stuck with Airbuses - most FAs and pilots are not happy with the new Boeings

Thank you for taking the time to share a review. It’s great to hear that your team members are friendly and helpful. Our home every night model is a benefit we truly value. Reserve, pay and other terms of employment are defined in the collective bargaining agreement. We are currently in negotiations for a new contract and there should be some improvements coming.

Co-Workers, Flight Attendants, Pilots and most employees.

Cons

Inconsistent application of policies. Support FAA maintenance violations at the Lead and Management Level. Do not support due diligence nor truth and honesty. Corporate cannot literally comprehend their own written documents. Many staff are appointed to positions they are not qualified for.
