      Great recruiting team. Totally loved the interview process, very organized and fun.

      I cant think of any reason for not working with allegiant, it is a great company.

      Pros

      Fast paced, dynamic and successful company. Senior Leadership provides ample opportunities for Employees to make significant contributions to the success of the operation. Team members are extremely well qualified and self motivated. Lots of challenges - you'll never be bored.

      Cons

      The tempo of operations can be overwhelming. Change is a constant, if you aren't well suited for adapting to change you may struggle. Sometimes we get 'off in the weeds' and have to get redirected. Generally Team focused but the structure does allow adequate opportunity for individual contributions. We still struggle a little with defining and internalizing our corporate culture but are working hard toward that end.

      Pros

      Partnership with Make-a-Wish, gives back to the community, lots of employee events and activities, free show tickets and great travel benefits. Fast growth of the company and very profitable.

      Cons

      Growth sometimes comes faster than is realistic based on infrastructure.
