Come with an open mind and a good work ethic, and you will be very successful here. Allegiant rewards hard work with a great annual bonus program.. Allegiant is a young airline, and we have made great strides in developing a corporate culture over the past few years. We still have a lot of work to do, but we are very unique and have come a long way in 16 years!
