Pros

Great management. Get to go home every day (flight attendants/pilots).

Cons

Poor pay. Per diem is incredibly low for where the economy is at. Airline doesn't fly every where.

Pros

The recruiters were so helpful and informative with the information given. They were funny and made everyone feel relaxed and made me realize even more why I am seeking employment with them.

Cons

I can think of no cons at this time. It appears 20 words are needed but if one can think of nothing negative, that's it.

Pros

This company the moment you walk in to the interview takes your nervousness away. They are very friendly and family oriented. Victor, Liz, alex, Teresa,Jamie, a few others.. The interviewing crew was amazing. The introduction was gravitational the individual introductions were precise and to the point. They let you know what's next during the process so nothing is really a blind challenge. Overall, Allegiant Travel has great things in store. If they tell you to study a phrase : Study to show thy self approved, your accent does not count as an excuse and you will be chopped. As they say on food network. HD.

Cons

If you filled out your application with the intentions of filling it out specifically for the area you are seeing on the website at the time you quickly find out it was not indeed the base you originally applied for. They were mainly trying to fill 2 Fl bases and the majority of the room filled out applications for ft Lauderdale which had very limited slots. I felt a bit fooled and baffled also challenged to make a decision to move to the locations they really need flight attendants for. This was intimidating. Also, being split into groups in the same room was OK for some to focus without stubbling over the request memorized phase however, it is extremely distracting to hear the next group less than 3feet away hold their conversations and phases all at the same time.
