Pros

Friendly people, team atmosphere, positive attitude. Organization tries to continually improve.

Cons

Lots of unknown in Medicaid reform. Constant change and no stability, after awhile it wears on you. Very politically influenced organization. Requests come in frequently and are always the priority. Not super friendly towards telecommuting.

Pros

Alliance is a really great company with dedicated and highly qualified staff. The recent change in leadership has made a tremendous difference and the company is moving forward in a positive direction.

Cons

The external politics can be challenging. Most staff are insulated from this but if you are not it can be hard to manage through.
