Pros

Many of the people you work with day to day are extraordinary.

Cons

Company wants to reach $2 billion, but executive leadership can't get out of their own way. Executive leadership lacks cohesive vision for the future and only care to look in the short term. Company profits and lining the pockets of leadership/private investment firm seem to be more important than everything else. There is an extreme lack of diversity in the organization, especially in senior leadership.

Pros

Flexible Schedule the 401(k) match is great and the peer level co-workers are awesome.

Cons

There has been a lack of direction for 5 or more years in this department and the people are treated as disposable. Lay-offs and outsourcing made our morale hit rock bottom, and there hasn't been any reassuring news for a month. Projects that are brought to the department are poorly scoped, with feature creep, and changing goals. A 5 or even 1 year plan is non-existent, so there is no plan for anything beyond the current "priority 1" projects.

Pros

The Ripon location is a great area close to medium sized cities having no traffic for those who commute. A diverse set of talent from multiple areas. The company has continued to grow and keeps busy as had been the case for many years now. Benefits are good for the area.

Cons

There is a huge disconnect between the executives in Miami and the regular employee in Wisconsin. The company doesn't put forth an effort to retain employees and actually celebrates making the company leaner which isn't bad if there is excess, but current reality shows that there is a shortage of employees for the amount of work needing to be accomplished across all aspects of the company. In addition, upper management has sets forth unrealistic goals for revenue and profit in recent years so when these lofty goals aren't hit, but the company still pulls an incredible profit, all employees hear is how bad the state of the company is which has affected morale.
