      Cons

      Executives seem to be shifting gears almost constantly, and trying to grow faster than production can manage. This makes for conflict and uncertainty for many employees

      Pros

      The work is challenging and generally is varied enough to keep you interested. Coworkers are great to work with and very friendly. Benefits are good and there is a 100% 401k match to 6%. Very stable company. Relatively flexible working hours. You are not expected to do much work outside of normal business hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below what would be expected of an industry leading company and compared to other opportunities in the Fox Valley. Raises are low and performance of work does not seem to have an impact on your rate of salary increase. Promotions are also rare and there is no clearly communicated career path. This is not a place where one can expect much advancement. Vacation time is average at best but still way behind the rest of the world in what is considered healthy.
