Pros
Was a good enough place to hide while the economy recovered. First and second level management were competent.
Cons
Very little innovation. New products frequently miss the mark. Upper management changes their minds back and forth. One particular person in upper management is delusional about his contribution and is nothing more than a schoolyard bully. Leadership for years has had the attitude of "If you don't like it, there's the door." This kept people working just enough to keep their job until the economy bounced back. There is no motivation, very few care. The sales team has a talent for finding potential customers who have no money- customer which other vendors have the good sense to pass on. It makes sales look busy, but they don't close deals. The sales team needs to be replaced from the top down.
