I have none, the current employees, including me, for the next few weeks, at least, are put down, dismissed, HR is a joke, they are paid clerks at best, oh, that's right they report to the "A". JAPAN! Wake up and do something!!

Where do I start? 1. Used to have a great sales and marketing team and at times have brought on some talent only to drive them out or fire them if they speak the truth! Have blown through SO many good people....Engineering, you are now getting a rep. they don't want to come to ATI anymore, you have been found out, it doesn't take long in a real tech environment....accounting....they are like HR, to scared to even speak up, its so wrong....toxic environment.... 2. Again, have brought on some talent only to remove or drive them out of the building, ATI does NOT want to change, the only people that are going to be left are those that are frankly, using the CEO to the MAX, you know who you are,,or just don't care or don't know any better. its that bad, the good leave and the bad stay or just sit back and use the CEO. 3. CEO's ego is worse than it has ever been, there are no reviews, no raises, no commendations, I could go on and on, but he and "A" are on what you could call a Rock Tour that has not brought in one single dime!! He really thinks ATI is better than HP and Dell, hell we can't even keep up with a warranty! Get a grip! Again, JAPAN!!! Wake up!!!!d $$$$$$ hundreds, of thousands, spent on Dinners, "late night" activities, could tell some stories there, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, congressmen, owners of pro teams, and you can't do a review? you can't recognize someone after 7 years and give them even a thank you, let alone a raise.... and yet, nothing going to the very employees that have gotten the CEO to where he is. He is lost. It is shameful....not a silicon valley company, its a toy for a CEO that needs to retire asap, if you, Japan, want to save anything left in the US! He and his body guard need to go! They are killing what used to be a contender! Its that simple. If Japan even cares, you had better get on this situation asap!! .its going down and the "A" is filling CEO with constant lies, its almost flat out abuse, but no one seems to stop it, if you try, you are gone..... You cannot even get to say a hello to CEO without "A" standing right on him, its down right creepy,,,,weird to say the least.... ,I have to ask, Family of CEO?, do you not see this or do you not care???? 4. "A" is running things, NOT CEO, and "A" has not a CLUE on how to run a business and how to get employees behind a real plan.........he has his own agenda, wake up Japan!!
