      People at Allscripts and very friendly and very co-operative to work with.

      Pros

      Work-life balance. I would say friendly, intelligent co-workers, but most have been laid off and their jobs moved to India.

      Cons

      Lay-offs of senior/experienced people (with the higher salaries) with the aim of moving all development and support to India. Executives do not value experience and think nothing of laying off people in critical positions.
