      Good work culture but hire and fire without any reason

      Working environment is okay okay and work load is not too much

      Cons

      Internal politics and hire and fire happens without any reason. At given point of time, one employee is being fired from the job while in the another project there is an open position for the same. Why can't internal fitment can be tried.

      Flexibility with telecommuting and working in the office, good benefits and PTO, especially with longevity. Friendly culture and work environment.

      Cons

      Management seems to stifle your want for career growth in the company. Once you're in a spot that's a good fit for them, that's where you stay.
