-Flexible work/life balance -Good pay -Good benefits, although they are changing for 2016 -Challenging work, each day is different and never boring

-Individuals on my personal team are inexperience and underqualified for the position/title they hold -Lack of growth opportunities and little development from manager -Several rounds of layoffs in 2015 -Change process can be slow
