      Clients I get to work with.

      Part of a Managed Services Team onsite for a client while they transition to EPIC. We where all supposed to be the same level... Sr. Business Analyst... quickly found out that the title some people have is not accurate with their skill level. Most had never configured the back end of the application before, this made an upgrade to v15.1 almost impossible.

      Pros

      PTO, learning opportunities, some great co-workers, some flexible remote work, good benefits. Regular feedback on job performance. Opportunities to create new solutions.

      Cons

      Disorganization at times, not a consistent way to train users on products, not enough training for staff to learn their jobs, not a lot of opportunity for internal staff to move up in the company.
