Growing your career is an uphill battle. Good luck getting a promotion. Raises are scarce. I started at a reasonable salary, but would consider myself notably underpaid at this point. Management is always moving around and leaving. I feel as though I’ve gotten lost and the shuffle and left behind as an employee.

Development work is stagnant for this client. The client hires a third party as opposed to a house resource. They constantly design products and ask for developers' accountability if they fail. The horrible attitude from top Northwell management. Allscripts Manager try to live up to client tantrums, but its exhausting. No promotions or clear path what progression looks like.
