everyday releases, and tight commitments, need to find the right work-life balance [Things might get back to normalcy once the office re-opens]

As a hyper- growth company we are working relentlessly to achieve our milestones and in the process we realise that it sometimes takes a toll on the work-life balance of our team members. In our endeavour to set things right, we have introduced policies such as flexible hours, remote working (even after COVID times) and hybrid work philosophy as well. (In office + remote). In addition, benefits such as wellness programs, generous PTOs and dedicated care days for employees to relax and rejuvenate. Such measures will hopefully help our team members and we will continue to strive to improve the quality of work-life of our employees.

People part is awesome

Pros

I believe in People, Product and Profits People are awesome, product is getting built rapidly and we need more people here, that's why hiring is going on rapid pace. Profits or say money part is good, company is growing. Have a lot of cash in bank, business is not capital intensive, so no stress company might go bankrupt.

Cons

I fear new joiner's won't be able experience and live a culture. So, culture might dilute. I don't quite like HR team, they are very sharp people. (But maybe that's just me, don't liking HR's anywhere)
