Pros

- The team is highly motivated - Multiple perks AllyDays (mandatory holidays), reward programs, and goodies - Consistent growth over the past years

Cons

- In a startup environment most of the pipelines aren't set up, so learning all about the company in the start takes time

Has been a month here.

Pros

Very flexible working environment. You can go for your personal work at any time of the day. You can take a rest if not feeling better at any time of the day. Very supportive workforce here at Ally. Its been a month for me working with the extraordinary minds here at Ally, but it has been magnificent so far. I'll edit this review again as I spend more and more time with Ally. And as far as work-life balance is a concern, guys it is a start-up that is looking to make a name for itself in the market. So if you are really passionate about learnings, you might not find much difficulty. But, if you are looking for a 9-5 job, then some day or the other, you might get disappointed. But, I hope as it will gain more stability, it is surely going to be a wonderful place to be a part of.

Yes, as a company we believe that work and life are two sides of the same coin and we understand that work-life integration is the need of the hour and to ensure that our employees are able to manage both their personal and professional lives, we have flexible working hours. Additionally, as we continue to grow, we have both hybrid and remote work culture, where, we enable people to work from wherever they are most productive and support individual needs along with building strong teams. Finally, we take a lot of pride in our work and as result sometimes our teams are stretched, but we are surely working and taking measures to ensure a good work life balance for our employees. Truly a great place to work

Pros

The company is growing really fast - so there is plenty of opportunities to grow. Employees have access to leaders at every level and are encouraged to speak up. The quality of your peers is very very high and that is probably the best reason to want to work here. Also this company has undoubtedly the best people function I have come across in my career. They haven't figured it all out yet (hybid work, hiring, meeting fatigue etc) but are transparent and honest about how they want to improve and it really feels like we are all in it together.

Cons

Despite growing the headcount almost 3x the past year, engineering in particular still feels very understaffed.
