Receiving direct feedback is incredibly important to Review Wave in order for us to continuously make improvements to employee experience. As Human Resources Specialist for Review Wave, making sure that I understand all our current and former employee's concerns and addressing them appropriately is of the utmost importance to me. Review Wave takes great pride in the culture and team that we have assembled throughout the years. The greatest testament to this culture is the amount of feedback we receive from current and former referencing that working alongside amazing colleagues play a huge factor in their experience at the company. As such, Review Wave makes sure to emphasize to all candidates during the interview process that the position they are applying for is a 100% in person position. I am also sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the ICON meals provided to you as an added employee benefit of Review Wave. These meals are meant to be healthy, portable, and an easy way to ensure all employees are able to have a warm lunch daily, despite lunch hours being staggered. Our operations team works diligently to ensure that these meals arrive on time each week and while on rare occasions supply chain difficulties delay the arrival of meals, our operations team makes sure to provide advance notice to offices if meals are expected to be delayed. I appreciate this feedback regarding company provided meals and will ensure that it is communicated to leadership.
