Pros

*It's a few cute lil honeys that be workin in here.. *You sit at a desk (But you still get moved around) * Plenty of overtime available

Cons

*The females act like they all that *Managers act like we are at a Top Investment Bank or a Fortune 500 company. They take this call center crap waaaaay too serious.... *Managers act like they are Donald Trump *Very unorganized *High turn-over rate...The pay is low, and the expect too much out of people for $9/hr. *Forced overtime *30 minute lunches, 10 minute breaks *Call-queue is way too high.... The calls are NON-stop. *They expect too much out of employees...Expectations are ridiculously unrealistic. I would not recommend anybody work for Alorica (Kennesaw) unless you are DESPERATE for a job or just trying to make some cash temporarily. The managers take this junk waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too serious. I understand customer service is important...but they take it too another level. They micro-manage like CRAZY. You will be put in groups of 5-6 people so your managers constantly watch you like HAWKS. The call queue is like 140+ so the calls are non-stop....no time to breathe. They have a HIGH-Turnover rate, and fire people like crazy, yet they are desperate for employees and beg (force) people to work overtime. This place is a hell hole! Do not work here expecting to build a career.... Work here until you find something better. The only good thing about this job is that some of the chicks that work here be cute as hell...But look..... $9/hr is not worth the stress this job gives you...and you can kiss your life goodbye if you work here. I now see why the people who have been working here a long time act depressed....The whole place is depressing.

Pros

Full-time. Mandatory overtime. Personal work station. Location.

Cons

Pto never approved. Made to work holidays & birthdays. Forced to come to work on days off. Management style is very unprofessional. At least once a week a car gets vandalized in the parking lot. Pay is minimum wage. High turnover rate. Insurance package is a joke. No employer offered incentives that makes working at Alorica desirable. Off the chart metrics are awarded with "extra 15 minute break coupons" that employees have a hard time getting approved.
