Pros

First two months' paychecks are free so long as you show up and learn how to do the job; almost guaranteed to get hired; gain call center experience to use for other, better call centers

Cons

Superiors will actively go out of their way to sabotage agents who are performing too well or don't operate in a certain way; no raises; subpar perks and benefits; constantly gaining additional responsibilities meant for other departments; given broken tools; having working tools get broken; nobody in any position of power is on the same page; oppressive atmosphere; not allowed to read/draw/make puzzles/otherwise entertain yourself between calls; lackluster training
