Worked at Alorica for 3 days and that's it.

Cons

The work environment is crazy. The IT setup is completely not setup right. The corporate office is a disaster to work for. There is no private space. You are working in an open area in long tables and no cubicles. There was no training program put together when I started. My desktop was a complete mess from the last user with food in the drawers. No phone and computer was setup when I started. Complete Nightmare

Cons

Customers were mean when calling in,stressful, work setting was ghetto. My team Leader NEVER! put in my two weeks notice and because of him not doing his part now I'm not good for re-hire,22 year old young man.
