      Pros

      You can make commission on top of your hourly if you have a sales backround.

      Cons

      The place as a whole is not professional. There's a lot of favoritism all around and the people are ghetto. They should set the expectations higher when hiring agents to keep it professional. It stems from upper management though because they're lacking therefore the agents aren't and it reflects in the programs performance.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck every two weeks and its more than minimum wage. No other pros

      Cons

      A very disorganized company. You can never get a straight answer and they always wait until the last min to tell you anything. You will not move up unless, you are the managers favorite or you have to work there five years. You dont receive raises when you are supposed to receive them. The company is so cheap but spends money on stupid things like, donuts, coffee, and candy prizes but, cant pay you your bonuses that you have earned. DON'T WORK HERE!!!!!

      Pros

      Nice people, nice office environment. There are opportunities to make a difference and improvements.

      Cons

      Limited benefits and high cost in insurance. Professionalism and respectfulness do not seem to be valued here. No communication among departments. Openess in cubicles make it hard for people to concentrate/focus on their work. Helpdesk is inadequate and mediocre compared to my prior employers.
