Pros
My wage is $13.50 hourly plus incentives. My particular program is inbound credit card applications. Most callers are quite pleasant. Most of the management team is pretty helpful. There is more space with our desks than at a lot of other call centers.
Cons
The job gets very monotonous. We just do the one task, new applications, over and over. The PTO and retirement (401k) and insurance benefits are decent, but could improve more. A small pension plan would be very nice. There are some supervisors that are very micromanaging and talk down to you, almost like a toddler or a pet animal instead of an employee.
