Pros

full me position some health benefits

Cons

training for the retention department is terrible and you're expected to do well on the job even though you aren't taught what you're supposed to learn in training until you get on the phones. other than that the only thing that makes the job any good are your co-workers. i did not work there long so I can not give an in-depth review but this company has a strict no-phone policy which they fire people for and its ridiculous because the managers are always using the phones, in the 21st century its obnoxious and idiotic to ask an adult to completely turn off their phones during work.
