Pros

You're guaranteed 40 hours & potential for overtime.

Cons

Unorganized, buggy systems will keep you from working, unprofessional management, and will have you taking calls the third week of training and the calls won't be on anything you covered. They say they filter the calls but they don't. Very frustrating when you have a customer on the line asking about something you've never heard of and all you can do is put them on hold and ask your manager.
