Pros

Grunt workers are good to be around, we recognize the problems, and, much to our detriment, fix the instead of allowing inept managers to be held accountable

Cons

Low pay, no raises, overbearing manager (A), no room for advancement unless you are the favorite of the day of (A). (A) treats this as high school, if you fawn over her, she will reward you and ignore the fact that work is not being done due to fawning over her.

Offers a great level of autonomy Great environment for self-starters No performance reviews

Cons

Very purposeful in paying below market with admittedly outdated rate cards. Terribly "benefits" including no profit sharing, No performance reviews to allow for annual increases. The company does not offer development opportunities. Has a stronghold on GSK IT jobs

Good hours good external client. Decent benefits

Cons

Minimal training. No on site management support from alphanumeric directly. Low pay for state average
