Unprofessional and dishonest actions from AlphaNumeric have left me frustrated, confused, and unemployed. The poor communication and frustration started before the job began, when I left a previous job only to wait over a month while AlphaNumeric worked on finalizing my contract before they could bring me on. From there, I was only kept in the job for two months before being fired, without any notice, for "not following directions," even though AlphaNumeric could not provide any specific examples of this. When I was fired yesterday, my manager told me she received an email just that morning from the client insisting that I be let go (this, she explained, was why there was no notice). If that was the case, how come today, just one day later, I see a job posting for my former job that has been up for 12 days. This proves they were lying to me and chose to give me no notice when they could have given me two weeks' notice. If you are looking for honesty and want to be treated with the respect any person deserves, I would strongly advise you to stay away from AlphaNumeric.
