Interesting work, good mid-level staff, opportunities to learn new things (only if you are ok with working more than 40 hours per week)

Cons

Absolutely awful management, very negative office environment, expectations that employees should work much, much more than 40 hours per week, bad salary, no bonuses, bad company leadership, very cheap.

Good job, good benefits, great co-workers, flexible schedule, offices all over the country, so you can work out of many different offices

Cons

Not many cons, but the pay is notoriously lower than other firms. Everyone in management is aware of this, but not any nicest in this yet.
