The company and team is wonderful. People truly seem to love working here, and care about their work. The projects are interesting. Collaboration and learning is highly valued and encouraged.

Cons

Must track hours intensively; very little to no downtime or unbillable hours allowed can be overwhelming at times. Not the greatest PTO policy.

Thank you for your review, always happy to hear both good and bad things. We are always evaluating all of our benefits offerings. In the private sector we lead with the amount of PTO (21 - 25 days, 11 paid holidays) we offer and allow employees to bank. However, we will always keep looking, and looking for ways to support work life balance.

Pros

Smart thoughtful colleagues, interesting creative projects, flexible hybrid work schedule. I can't imagine working anywhere else! Truly feels like home. Lots of support for career advancement and exploring what you are interested in.

Cons

I think that pay is slightly lower than other similar firms, but the benefits and culture more than make up for it.
