      You gain exposure to the field

      Cons

      You will be overworked and underpaid. Newer employees come in and make more than people who have been there for years. Management will lie through their teeth to get you to stay, but good change never occurs.

      Pros

      Good place to learn many different roles as you will have to wear all of the hats all of the time. Great place if you like to drink beer on the clock.

      Cons

      Racism. Pollution. Poor pay. "boys club" culture. Sexism. I honestly have nothing good to say. Hostile work environment.

      Pros

      The people are nice there. The work is really interesting and the volunteers are what keeps the job interesting and wanting to come to work everyday.

      Cons

      Upper management does a terrible job at reaching out and solving problems within company. Just a terrible company to work with. The turn over rate is ridiculous and there is no structures. In house clinic rules are constantly changing.
