Huge mistake for anyone

Pros

A few people seem to care about employees, but they are few and far between.

Cons

Poor work environment, lack of/inconsistent training, poor communication, horrible benefits, miserable pay, no employee support (even when reaching out to human resources multiple times). They promote animal welfare but if an issue is raised you are told to not discuss it or report it. Data is skewed or misrepresented to protect results. Bullying and harassment is common. Zero work life balance. Literally the worst mistake of my life. Actively looking for another position even at less pay if the benefits or work conditions are better.

Pros

Love the animals. Great SOPs and a decent training program.

Cons

Pay sucks, high turnover rate, overworked co-workers (AKA stressed out and error-prone), tasks are physically and mentally demanding, inflexible transfer between departments, inflexible work schedule. Oh, and the "Seattle" location is like an hr drive north of the actual city known as SEATTLE, think twice about ur gas.

Consistent hours and OT. Most people are great to work with.

Cons

Pay. Incompetent and Racist Management. Cavalier attitude towards patient and employee safety. Lazy employees become coordinators hard workers become ostracized and get hired by KU, PRA, IQVIA or St Joe's. Lavish pizza parties disguised as team building to compensate for lack of managerial skills.
