Pros

Flexible work and life balance. Unlimited PTO upon manager approval. Good team to work with.

Cons

No Growth No Bonus Many people are leaving because stupid top level management decisions Management don't care who you are and what you are doing. Update on 12/15: No more Increments - Altera announced no merits due to company is in loss from several quarters.

Work from home is the only one.

Cons

President, VPs and all the Harris leadership are bullies, and very condescending to employees. No training and onboarding for new employees. The Sunrise software has way too many bugs, no new features. Implementing new solutions with no project plans available for solution. Altera has lost over 22 clients in 1 year, and the future outlook of the company is very bleak, with the overwhelming amount of clients who are leaving Altera for better EHR vendors such as Epic and Oracle. Job security/layoffs are a concern.

Work from home is great.

Cons

Leaders are rude and demeaning to employees in public meetings. Never seen such disgusting behavior. HR makes us take training on how we should behave, and if we see bad behavior we should report it. But when the leaders exhibit terrible behavior it's ok???
