Received great learning opportunities but no opportunity to use to its greatest potential

Cons

Inconsistencies with promotions within company. Dependent upon who you knew and outside friendships. Pulled into meetings with upper management to explain your position, provide ideas, and work on project with a verbal understanding that you would be working directly together to build and focus on performance improvement in this area and help upper management understand my area of expertise, then moved to department with new manager negating all prior conversations. Too many mixed messages to stay.

Nice building and break room

Cons

Very shallow organization where profit is the only thing valued. People are not and I wouldn't place any value on the beliefs or beliefs class. it is more for them to feel good about themselves. Pretty much treat new partners and their teams poorly.
