Collaborative environment, growing company with a lot of opportunity and great job security, all positions are important, it's a company you can make a difference at, you are helping others, growth and development opportunities are available, leadership is easily accessible, leadership cares about the company and employees, a committee plans fun events

Cons

low compensation, no sick time, not many holidays off, benefits are offered but are expensive
