I’ve worked for a few different home care agencies and this one is at the bottom of my list in both job satisfaction, leadership, and patient care. The charting system is horrible too. I would have to see 9 patients each day to make the same amount of money my other home care job pays me to see 5 patients a day. My orientation as a new employee was poorly done and did not prepare me for working at this company.

Management is terrible, sometimes you get bullied into seeing certain visits because it is convenient for them. The lack of communication throughout the company is extremely poor. If you don’t get your points, you are forced to go elsewhere (out of your territory) to look for points. If you don’t get points, you don’t get paid. Scheduling has no idea what they are doing with the nurses schedules.
