      I have been fortunate to have been an employee of Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) for the past 11 years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the company's success across two distinct departments, gaining valuable experience and a well-rounded understanding of our business operations. In my current role, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. This dedication has been recognized with three promotions within my current department, reflecting my growth and contributions to the team. Alternate Solutions Health Network has provided me with a supportive and challenging work environment that has fostered my professional development. I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given to learn and grow within the company. I am confident that ASHN will continue to thrive and achieve great success in the future.

      Unorganized chaotic confusion

      Pros

      The field staff were great. We were a team out there during the pandemic. We had each others back…especially when management and the office staff were nowhere to be found. We showed up for each other!

      Cons

      The support staff was horrible. Incredibly high turnover for management. When field clinicians would need support many times we’d get the run around and never get our questions answered or issues addressed. Incredibly stressful because of that and poor communication from office staff to field staff. They need to Make processes more streamlined with Less busy work and steps to get to a solution, ANSWER THE PHONE, know who to direct calls to. I left and went to a job that pays less money but way more organized with a completely supportive office staff who’s there 100%. Totally worth it, I’d rather get paid less than deal with the stress that ensued when ASHN took over Beaumont hospitals in metro Detroit.

      I enjoy working at ASHN because they have a high moral value and really care about the patients and their well-being. They have a good culture for the employees and the team that I work with is like a family to me.
