      Most Positive Work Experience I Have Ever Had

      Pros

      Joining this company 6 years ago was a great decision! Every day I feel like my contributions are valued and the work I do makes a difference. Every company has its growing pains as does ASHN but the difference is they try to learn from any missteps and support their staff throughout the process. The support from management is invaluable and my direct manager is very motivating, supportive and truly cares about my growth as an employee here. Even with such a large employee group our Leadership is not out of reach and they truly care about the employees as well as the company growth.

      Cons

      Again no company is perfect - but if you communicate your concerns they will be heard and processes/reasons for decisions are explained.

      ASHN the home away from home

      Pros

      There are many Pros to working at ASHN. The staff here is all like one big family. We all have the same team goal, which is not only caring for our patient's, but enjoying that we have the opportunity to do so. At some point we all make a difference somewhere, and we are all lucky enough to do that daily. All of the staff here is highly appreciated for the hard work we do. I feels great to look forward to walking in the door and getting to work.
