Pros

Can build up Starbucks rewards buying coffees for clinics. Experience to put on your resume to lead to another opportunity.

Cons

Unethical billing practices. Patients and clinics become upset with bills they receive. An exorbitant amount of unnecessary supplies are sent every month and patients don’t realize they are being charged for them. They’re non-returnable even if they aren’t open. No credit or commission is given for Medicare or Medicaid patients, so we are advised to focus on the high payers only. They don’t reveal anything about their billing in training and we are left to figure it out from the horrid reviews online and angry clinics. Unrealistic quotas and extremely small territories do not set up reps for success and you are fired after three months of not hitting quota basically. Good to put on the resume and then get out when you can!

We are glad you see value in the experience gained at Zynex. We take your concerns about billing practices seriously and will review our procedures to ensure transparency and fairness. We'll also consider your suggestions for territory allocation and providing more information about clinic relationships upfront.

Pros

If you get lucky and find Doctors and PT clinics that see a lot of workers comp patients you can make decent commissions.

Cons

They completely lie to you in training and say that all you have to do is make the sale and corporate will handle the rest. They tell you they work with all insurances which is not true at all. They have unethical billing practices and they are not upfront with patients about the potential out of pocket cost. They also don’t pay out commission for any sales that are Medicare/medicaid and barely pay you out for commercial insurance which is 90% of what doctors are seeing. Almost no support other than your sales manager who you can call with questions, but virtually you’re on your own to go clean up the mess that was left by the last territory manager (which is all the companies fault). They’ve also been sued multiple times which the recruiter obviously forgot to mention to me.
