Fun job and easy once you developed your territory.

They literally fired me even though I hit quota every single month except for 1 month after working there 2 years (only reason I didn’t hit it is because we lost a huge company “ATI” for them unethically billing their patients. After my only month not hitting quota I got put on a PIP and they said basically “Get 50 units or you’re fired”. I ended up getting 53 for that month and they still fired me 10 days later. Honestly screw them and management. Highly sketchy company. They also said to leave a good review and they would give us a free Nike quarter zip. Desperate. Sketchy. Unethical.

Embarrassing managers and culture. A little bit of fraud going on with the TENS units and insurance. Do not work here unless this is your absolute last option.

Good entry level job to get you into medical/pharma sales.

Cons

Unless you get lucky to have a territory with workers comp doctors, you will be at the bottom. Zynex is not in network with insurance companies and most often, a pt will get denied coverages and your prescribers will get upset with you. Prescribers will want to know if a device is covered and although you know it is not, you have to give them the canned response that "While coverage is not gaxreteed, we work with all insurance plans". SHADY! Zynex will send devices to a pt prior to knowing if it is covered and pt will pay out of pocket. You have to use your personal cell phone and you will have patients calling you directly and you will have to deal with the lack of coverage. If you have a large medicare and medicaid patient population, you will have those orders count against you instead of helping your metrics.
