Additional time off for Jewish holidays

Cons

Higher up management gives empty promises. They nickle and dime every department and give the cheapest resources available. They will give you an outstanding performance review and can’t back it up with appropriate raises or bonuses. CEO loves to brag about how well the company is doing but the staff don’t see any benefit.

Generous PTO, Okay medical insurance. You can move up has long has you have a good supervisor. Pay is okay. Management was better before it changed.

Cons

Toxic claims culture! Training is absolutely terrible. If you want to succeed, you have to learn things on your own. They like to play by the numbers game and they’re always fudging the numbers to make things look a certain type of way than what it really is! Too much favoritism people are promoted for who they know and who likes you not for your quality of work and your skills. No work life balance.

lots of paid holidays and time off

Cons

everything except for paid holidays. you will be micromanaged, held to unachievable standards, bombarded with spreadsheets that need updated, bombarded with new claims up to 12new per week, they never pay anyone the same and some people are making $20,000 less than their counterparts in the same position, the technology never works and will consistently be down, you can never get an answer from AEC or IT if you need help, upper management is absolutely clueless and truly do not care about you as an employee. they hired remote workers but are now forcing people back to the office. run fast and do not work here.
