Coworkers are great, vacation is outstanding. Pay is comparable with other companies

Cons

Upper management has unrealistic goals and expectations. We are treated like crap and we treat the adjusters and claim assistants even worse. No one here is ever happy. The amount of claims each adjuster has is absurd. All we do is put out fires

Great coworkers and the pay is within range.

Cons

No training or advancement. Treat employees like they are replaceable so they have a high turnover. Poor management. Definitely old white guys running the show w Karen’s helping out as their subordinates.

Anti black and undercover racist !

Jewish holidays off and paid time off

Cons

This place is under cover racist and anti black ! Management only promotes non blacks , and will under pay adjusters if you are black . UR is needed for everything and you are expected to work over 50 hours or more a week . High turn over . Always a new training class starting. I will recommend this be your last result !
