Pros

Loved my experience so far. Team is extremely collaborative. Onboarding is very self-service - you get out of it what you put in it. Great environment for someone who wants to learn and make an immediate impact.

Cons

A lot of Amazon-unique systems and processes to learn and navigate. As an external hire, took some time for me to wrap my head around them all and some are much better than others.

Pros

Well-paid, lots of benefits and engagement events going on, and big name for your cv

Cons

Overtime isn't expected, but you often feel like you have to because you are pressured to deliver, and management doesn't seem to care. You more often work hard, and rarely get to work smart. You're often too busy to enjoy the benefits and engagement events.
